Common questions

Everything you need to know about installing Bingee.

1. On your device open Settings → Security (or Privacy on Android 10+) and enable Install from unknown sources or Install unknown apps.

2. Tap Download APK above and open the file from your notification bar or Downloads folder.

3. Tap Install, wait a few seconds, then open Bingee and log in with your account.
The Installer sets Bingee up in Program Files, adds a desktop shortcut and a Start Menu entry — just like any normal Windows program. It also includes an uninstaller.

The Portable version is a single .exe you can run from anywhere — a USB stick, your desktop, a network drive — with no installation and nothing written to your registry.
Windows SmartScreen warns about apps that have not been signed with a commercial code-signing certificate. Bingee is completely safe — the warning simply means it is not yet publisher-signed. Click More info then Run anyway to proceed. You will only see this once on first launch.
Yes. Both apps connect to bingee.uk, so you need a valid account to sign in. If you do not have one yet, contact your Bingee administrator to request access.
